I was using an xterm window from lycus, with `*utmpInhibit' set to
true, so the machine could reactivate.
At some point, around 4 in the morning (this was a day or two ago),
lycus decided that the RVD server had crashed. I came back to that
window many hours later, and the RVD had not been spun down and back
up. I had to break in as root and do the spindown/spinup manually.
