With an almost completely normal account configuration (opuser) I
found two problems while hiding and showing the logout button.

When you do "dash -show logout" after the first time the logout button
showed up on the screen (ie: show/hide/show or start mapped and
hide/show) the logout button gets mapped, but so does the window that
asks "Do you really want to logout?" If you then click Yes, you find
yourself logged out (as you might expect). Re-exposing the logout
button shouldn't initiate a logout sequence.

The other problem is presumably an mwm bug which I thought had been
fixed. When I do "dash -hide logout" followed by "dash -show logout"
The logout button comes back 12 pixels high and to the left (with
default resources). Twm handles this case properly.
