PS2 7.1K /usr/athena/emacsclient does not exist

/usr/athena/emacsclient does not exist. This causes problems with my
EDITOR environment variable.

It exists in the sources for gnuemacs, etc directory to compile
emacsclient. Why wasn't it done?

(That is why I cannot use sendbug)
