Since my workstation received its APC upgrade last Saturday (8/27), it
has crashed at least twice in the following way:

The workstation was idle (at least, no one was logged into it). With
no trace (that I have found), 88 appeared on the LED's and the machine
hung to the point of needing to be "power cycled". If you need more
information, please contact me.

I am running the following configuration:
Desk model IBM RT PC with the APC upgrade
no additional memory (i.e., 4 megabytes that comes with the standard
upgrade kit)
40R disk drive
