These commands don't work. Command line parsing seems to be messed up.
Tries to connect to machine "rlogin.ucb".

What were you trying to do?
rlogin to a non-kerberos machine
What's wrong:
"rlogin" works after a significant delay trying kerberos first
"rlogin.ucb" and "rsh.ucb" seem to try to connect to the command
name rather than to the first argument.
