problem with rlogin

today. I was trying to rlogin as ceg_001 to binkley.

Bug or feature? Why did the "standard" rlogin not allow me to rlogin
as ceg_001, while rlogin.ucb did? What's the story? Also, why does
the standard rlogin respond "Login incorrect" when the login at the
workstationi would respond "Password incorrect" or "Principle unknown
(Kerberos)?"
