While bringing my 6.0C APC machine back up following the APC upgrade,
I activated it about five times; one of those attempts at activation
resulted in the error message
reset_mouse: wrong configuration response
followed by a return to toehold, rather than proceeding to display an
X root window.
Richard Basch tells me that he also saw one example of this message
since his RT was upgraded to APC.
