Please log in on the machine that is not working well and use "olc"
and describe the problem in your question, and a consultant will guide
you through the steps necessary to either fix it or figure out what is
wrong so that we can fix it. We cannot do this remotely, which is why
we need you to log in and ask a question via olc.
Also, please note that it is a good idea in general to check with olc
before sending mail to "bugs", to make sure that what you are
reporting is really a bug.
