This is correct behavior for zlocate. For zlocate -d to work, the
server needs to support it. The currently running servers require
authentic locate requests. The server currently in development does
have code to support unauthentic locates, but other stuff is broken,
so that server is not installed. The new server can be installed out
of sync with the normal release, so when the new servers are
debugged, zlocate -d will DTRT.
