If the second arg is NULL...
Nowhere in the Xlib specification does it say that Xlib will validate
pointer arguments and report meaningful errors if the programmer makes
a mistake. libc.a does precisely the same thing all over the place...
The right way to "fix" this is to use an ANSI compiler.
