I'm using a non-BSD slip implementation to connect to lycus (a vs3100
running 7.2p). My kernel is reporting lots of packets with sizes
larger than the SLIP MTU. Has our stuff been tried with a non-BSD
implementation before?
On another note, the 4.3-Reno SLIP code appears to be able to handle
compression; has anyone looked into incorporating the newer SLIP code
into our kernels?
