I have been getting reports of the ezviewer failing under 7.2.
The simple reason for the failure is that the olh system attaches andrew
instead of tandrew for 7.2 and blows out due to version skew.
The correct fix may be not to attach andrew at all! What does olh need
from the andrew locker that is not already on the packs? The ezv and
ezviewer components are there.
