What were you trying to do?
Replay an "unseen" question: hitori [0]'s "dialup" question. (Still in
the queue right now.)
What's wrong:
It is supposedly an "unseen" question, yet he's been connected to 3
consultants. I thought unseen questions stopped being unseen as soon as
someone got connected to them, and (a) either the user or the consultant
sends a message to each other, or (b) the consultant forwards the
question.
What should have happened:
He should've a "pending" status, not unseen.
