/source/athena/usr.athena/olc/clients/lib/utils.c contains code that telnets
to a mail server and asks about a user. This is a hack that should never
have made it into the athena source tree; it should be removed. The mail
system knows how to handle incorrect addresses, there is no reason olc should.
