I had "xlogout" listed under NoTitle and IconManagerDontShow - but the name
got changed to "dash"! Is this a documentation issue or a hidden feature?
Documentation -- the xlogout program's functionality has been replaced
by dash in 7.2. The user release notes will mention this, and users
can read the man page for dash and read the file
/usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/Dash to find out how to configure the logout
button in 7.2.
