What were you trying to do?
Use xinfo.
What's wrong:
It ignores my reverse video resources:
[{1}lycus:~]
% xrdb -q |grep -i video
*ReverseVideo: on
xfish*ReverseVideo: off
zwgc*reverseVideo: off
[{1}lycus:~]
%
However, it still comes up with black text on a white
background.
What should have happened:
It should come up with a black background and white foreground.
