lpquota reporting jobs on w20-east-4 twice

Hi! I had a user in OLC who thought that his print quota wasn't
accurate. I checked the long listing for him and it looks like jobs
printed on w20-east-4 were counted twice, once when they were printed
and again sometime after November 28th.
If you do "lpquota -Phero -l lev", look at the information after Nov
28. It starts repeating jobs printed on w20-east-4. (I've got
everything saved to a file, too, so if you want to look at that, let
me know [or look in /mit/carla/lev.log])
Also, please let me know if I should go ahead and make the adjustment
for the duplicate entries, or whether something miraculous will happen
and fix things :-)
