There was a bug on the server which was for a feature that was never
implemented in the client.
What you found was a bug that was statistically bound to happen when the
quota server, in walking through memory hit a spot with more than 122
non-NULL characters. (A number was'nt converted to a string in one
place).
The quota server has been updated and the bug should therefore be fixed
and can be closed.
