This time, I am simply going to point you to the source...
/mit/builder/src/install/install.c
It includes RCS logs.
Tested on VAX, RT, DS3100.
Includes "-t" option and "INSTOPT" support. (Be careful that the
declaration in INSTOPT does not conflict with the command line... it
will give errors if there is a bad conflict... there is no override
support). Regardless, this is what is now being used for the
installation onto the packs...
