What were you trying to do?
log out of the session with the standard alias "logout"
What's wrong:
The logout didn't kill the seesion. Instead, it only killed the xterm. I kept trying to logout from different windows until I ran out of windows. THen, I had to reboot the machine...
What should have happened:
It shoulda logged me out.
