  The "To:" fields in a mail message created by olc is non-standard if
the user's name has periods in it (e.g. a dot after the middle
initial, or a "Jr." at the end), because RFC822 does not allow periods
in the name portion when it is in that format.

  OLC should put the entire name in quotes, as mine is in the header
of this message.
