That's great for a 4.3-tahoe system, but we're *not* a 4.3-tahoe
system, and we can't arbitrarily install 4.3-tahoe header files
without checking how they will react with the rest of the header files
and with the C libraries.
The file isn't "missing", it's simply not part of 4.3BSD, which is
what we run on the VAXen.
I will try to find out if it is safe to install the file unchanged,
and if not, what changes need to be made. However, I very much doubt
it will make it into the next release, since our code cut is in four
days, and we have quite a few bugs that are more important to get
fixed than this one.
