No manual entry for folders.
There are no whatis lines for the following, although there are man
pages:
mh-alias: not found
mh-format: not found
mh-mail: not found
mh-profile: not found
install-mh: not found
What should have happened:
The folder man page and the whatis lines for the existing man
pages should be created.
