For a couple of days now I haven't been able to have write access to
the "gnu" filesystem, which is located on PRIAM. The filesystem is
group-writable by "gbuilders", of which I am a member. My /etc/group,
priam's /etc/group (I know that shouldn't matter), and priam's
/usr/etc/credentials are all correct and up-to-date. However, running
"nfsc" on priam gives me:
CAROLINGIA.MIT.EDU: rfrench -> rfrench [#10637 #10580 #10486 #10347
#10337 #10202 #9931 #9670 #6792 #1172 #184 #964 #265 watchmkr #950
#937 #15010 #26226]
This is fine up until the last entry. Priam thinks I'm in 18 groups.
I'm really in 24. Also, group 26226 doesn't exist at all. Doing an
"nfsid -p" and then "nfsid" resulted in identical mappings. Doing an
nfsc "hflush" and "uflush" and then an "nfsid" also resulted in
identical mappings.
