libXext.a is not included in libX11.a but should be
for athena
What should have happened:
link should have worked
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
The configuration option is DoInstallExtensionsIntoXlib
in /X/config/site.def. It was intended to be automatically set
under #ifdef ATHENA. Vax library is correct.
