On the RT, getservbyport() works.
On the VAX it just returns null.
(I believe the PMAX also returns null.)
I don't have any examples of previous uses of getservbyport(), so I
can't say when it was last functional.
To repeat, use Saber to lookup "finger" (79/tcp) with getservbyport().
