What were you trying to do?
use the LS environment variable or do hesiodized ls
What's wrong:
The hesiodized version of ls is not installed on the pmax.
What should have happened:
Installing a new version of a client program like ls is
not a significicant modification to ultrix since the
functionality of the software is not changing. I feel
that having a hesiodized ls should be part of the
definition of athena and should go hand in hand with
putting hesiod in login. This ls should be installed
for the pmax.
