Subject: Using diskette drives on VS3100 M38

After a long discussion with OLC, I discovered that VS3100 M38's can't read
diskettes. Apparently there is some sort of software patch that can be
installed to fix this problem. If so, we'd like it to be installed on our
two workstations in Political Science, located in E53-445. What do we need
to do?
