As I have stated before, it would be very convenient if Hesiod lookups
were done as C_IN, T_TXT, as opposed to making a new class of nameserver
lookups. This would allow us to conveniently delegate the
NS.Athena.MIT.EDU domain from our MIT nameservers and not require root
records in the machine's named configuration files.

This becomes even more convenient as we start porting to new platforms,
as this now allows us to use the vendor's named, as opposed to having to
port named to every architecture.

Many of the vendor named's do not support any method of specifying HS
records, so by providing the information as part of the IN class, we
avoid the problem.
