What should have happened:
The bottom two xterms should have indicated tiny idle times, since Yoko
had *just* logged on. (Fingering at copilot 1/2 hour ago had shown a
different consultant logged in, and *only* he. Also, all those
workstations have access_off - which I just checked, and it's still true.)
