The instructions in ahelp don't seem to work:

I am trying to print the document "gillnet.ez" in landscape format.  Have
added "print.portrait:no" to preferences file to no avail.

I worked on this for a while, and it didn't work... not sure quite why. Bill
Cattey isn't logged in and this user needs the printout by 8:30 a.m.
tomorrow.

This is just not working..

Do you mind if I ask why you need it in landscape (it's in ahelp, but
doing what it says doesn't do anything at all)

the 2nd page of the document contains a spreadsheet 1-1/2 times as wide as the
sheet. The right-hand side does not come out

oh no.  It seems that landscape mode just doesn't work at all.
It may be that it hasn't been implemented yet (the said persons
may be too busy, etc).

This doens't look too good.
