What is this list generated from? It certainly is not entirely from Moira.
I was just noticing that "afsreq" was receiving copies of everything being
sent to vice-squad@mit.edu, and finally tracked it down to the sub-list
administrators, which is on vice-squad. On MIT.EDU, this causes a lot of
people to be added to the redistribution.
I do not know whether this should be considered a bug with MIT.EDU's setup,
or with the Moira extraction, or something we should be wary of.
