What's wrong:
The macros for including the output of `tgrind' are available in the
standard release, but the `tgrind' program itself is not.
What should have happened:
If tgrind.sty is in the standard release, the `tgrind' program should
probably also be in the standard release. I'm not sure if this is even
a bug, but I do want to know what is done in cases like this.
