Currently the README.mail file in /usr/prototype_user says:

------------------
Athena does not support the traditional ``mail'' command.
Please refer to the documentation ``Essential Messages'',
available in hardcopy in Building 11, or on line. To use
the on line version, type

        attach athenadoc
        more /mit/athenadoc/README

and follow the instructions given there.
------------------

This is out-of date. We don't want to refer users to athenadoc
anymore. It should be changed to refer to on-line help.

This file is copied into all new accounts, so the sooner this can be
fixed, the better. But since /mit/athenadoc/README refers people to
OLH, they probably won't get any bad information. It would just be
better to get the athenadoc locker out of people thinking and really
phase it out, as we claim we are doing in /mit/athenadoc/README.
