This happens repeatedly on Ergo, but works correctly (repeatedly) on
the other 7.1H RTs I have data on (all 3 of them). I installed Ergo
as a standard 6.4 public workstation, updated it to 7.1H, and ran
"mkserv ops nfs" on it. The only thing I can think of that is
"special" about Ergo is that it is on the 18.88 network, which is
apparently causing some subtle problems.
I don't expect a fix for this anytime soon, but I thought someone
might be able to piece together random unexplained occurances...
