All platforms, I believe...
Every time you use discuss, it rewrites your .meetings file, NOT in the
mode that you set it by hand, but in the mode indicated by your umask.
It would be really nice if discuss would let me keep my .meetings file
in the protection mode that I want it to be, rather than what my umask
wants (which happens to be considerably more fascist).
