You described attempting to print as carla.root and as ctest2 and noticed that
carla did not get charged. What happened at that time was that the server was
changing locations and the print-server was not configured properly. The policy
has been to allow printing unless you can confirm not to. In that situation, it
could not afirm nor deny that you were allowed to print and allowed you to
print. The logs on the quota server showed the records that it could not log
carla.root as the entry was not in the database. In a normal situation, I would
probably look at the log and then manually charge you.
