Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
It would appear that your hostmanager has died and is causing you these problems.

To restart your host-manager on your machine try the following.
athena% cd /etc/athena
athena% su become super-user
Password: mrroot enter the password
athena# zhm & start new host manager
athena# exit exit from the root shell
athena% zctl load reload subscriptions
The root password may not be mrroot on your system.
If you are still having problems, I suggest you use "olc" as the consultants can
help you with this problem.
