*What were you trying to do?
See if "carla" would be charged when "carla.root" prints.
*What's wrong:
"carla" wasn't charged when "carla.root" printed. "lpquota -Phero" as
carla.root says that "User does not exist." I also created a kerberos
principal called "ctest2", which doesn't have a print quota. I printed
with those tickets, too, and carla didn't get charged.
*What should have happened:
Either "carla" should have been charged, or those other people
(without print quotas) shouldn't have been able to print.
