What's wrong:
Subscriptions go away -- zctl ret shows that several subscriptions
are active; after a while, Zephyrgrams stop arriving, zctl ret
shows no subscriptions, and zctl wg_read does not renew them.
What should have happened:
Subscriptions should have stayed
