On kerberos tickets expiring, it gives no clue of the cause of error
(unless you read stdout, which in my case usually goes to an iconified
window). It prints "bogus return from system call" in the X window
and offers the choice of aborting with a core dump, exiting, or
aborting the operation. It should (1) print the error message from
getmail in the X window (2) offer a "retry" option.
