When a program and it's components are all up to date and you specify
the program name, you get a message saying 'program up to date'. However
if you type make with no arguments and the objects in the 'all' field
are all up to date, you get no message, just the return of the prompt.
Is it possible for make to be modified so that you get some indication
of an up to date program? (as opposed to wondering if some error has occurred)
