What's wrong:
The program offers to tell you about 6.3 and 6.4, but not 7.0 (or 7.1 for
that matter). In reality the files for 6.3 and 6.4 info apparently are
no longer there if they did exist--which is reasonable since they've gone
by the wayside.
What should have happened:
But help should reflect this fact, and should allow you
to read 7.0 info.
