Question:
I think I found a bug in mwm.
If you click the right or middle button immediately followed by the left
button and release both buttons at the same time mwm dies until the
middle or right button is pressed in the background. This will stop
all input and confuse the user.

Hmmm, I tried... Do you mean-- hold down the right or middle button and
immediately hold down the left button and then release both of them at
the same time? And this happens inside an xterm, right?

occurs

I tried xev. It crashes the event handler. No events are recieved
or processed.

Yeah, the little menu stays up on the screen. I'm not sure if that's a bug
or a "feature"... Let me check the documentations...

what do you mean by you tried xev? How did you crash it? When you try

xev is a program that monitors the event handler. Don't worry about that
I'm don't understand why the screen lockes up when you hit two buttons
almost at the same time.

The problem is kind of hard to duplicate. xev reponds to my middle-left
click with no problem though....

I think it's more of a bug than a feature since it's so hard (relatively)
to duplicate. Send mail to bugs@athena.mit.edu
