What were you trying to do?
I was trying to see whether the automatic removal of files named "core" 
worked.  So I have a file called core in my home directory.  I wanted
to see whether it would disappear like the doc said it would.

What's wrong:
The "core" file remains in my directory.  My dir is lookable: 
		/afs/athena/user/s/saeed

What should have happened:
According to the doc, files by the name of "core" in home dirs were to be 
deleted automatically every three days.  This doesn't seem to have happened.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
