Some guy just came into the office here with an Essential Fortran doc
and the section that told you how to print your file to a printer with
line numbers doesn't indicate that one should use the printer switch
with lpr. In other words, it assumes you have a default printer set.
Manual says:
cat -n file | lpr
Manual should say:
cat -n file | lpr -P<printer-name-here>
I don't know if his manual was recent or not, so....
