Next time, check what's in the release, not what's in a directory
called "tar" in the source tree. Note that this problem isn't in the
release, which would sort of imply that it isn't a bug.
I suspect that the "tar" directory is what we originally got when we
snarfed the sources for track. However, the man pages we use are
installed from the "doc" directory, not the "tar" directory. In the
future, if you want to check something like this, you can check the
INSTLOG Files in the release.70 filesystem, which will give you an
idea of where things are installed from.
