I type 'xdpr -h -Pprinter', and expect a window dump with NO
burst page, ala 'lpr -h -Pprinter file', but I get a burst page anyway.
Is there anyway to turn burst pages off by default for all my printouts?

There's a bug in xdpr which makes it screw up if the -P argument is
specified.

In the mean time, you can get around it by either (a) not specifying a
printer on the command line (you can do "setenv PRINTER printer; xdpr
-h") or (b) calling the sequence of programs that xdpr calls
explicitly, rather than letting xdpr do it ("xwd | xpr -device ps |
lpr -h -Pprinter").

We'll try to get the bug fixed in the next release.
