The x10 locker has an internal inconsistency. The include directory has,
among other things, Xlib.h, X.h and mit-copyright.h in it. It is mounted in
the filesystem as /site/mit/x10/include. The file Xlib.h tries to include
<X10/X.h> and <X10/mit-copyright.h>, and these files can't be found because
they are in the wrong place in the filesystem.
