Prometheus just halted with the message
Address 18.72.0.59 is already in use
(et cetera)
Two problems here:
* This is useless for debugging. The message should include the
ethernet address of the host responding to 18.72.0.59, if possible.
* The message forms a complete sentence; it should be ended with a
period.
